Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  1. Return Period: ging-home must be informed within 3 days of receiving the item to be eligible for return.  
  2. Item must be in the original packaging with tags intact in the same condition it was delivered in.
  3. Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed will not be accepted. 
  4. Our customers’ safety is of utmost importance, and we take hygiene very seriously. Therefore, items such as brushes, personal care products, etc are not eligible for return.  
  5. Items to be returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and customer needs to ensure items are properly packed to prevent any damages en route to us. Items damaged en route will not be accepted.  
  6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of postage for parcels that contain items to be returned.
  7. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. 
  8. ging-home will require minimum 7 business days to process your return request and ready the replacement.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
  2. If an ordered item or replacement item for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item.   
  3. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which ging-home will not be responsible.
